Moretti Forni SB/50P Countertop Dough sheeter – with moving belts

This Moretti Forni SB/50P Professional countertop dough sheeter allows quick and easy rolling out of dough with minimal input from the operator.

Features:

• Belt size – 500mm wide by 710mm ( x 2)

• Chain drive to dough rollers which have a diameter of 60mm

• Speed – Choice of 2 speed on 415v unit (3 phase) 1 speed on 230v version

• Belt direction – the direction of the belt can be reversed by the swing of the handle

• Dough thickness – the thickness of the dough to be rolled can be adjusted froma few mm to upto 350mm

• Safety– Safety switches activate when the machine is opened and is fitted with an emergency stop button

• Supplied with stainless steel collector tray

• Supplied with 2 wooden rolling pins for winding up the finished dough sheet

• Supplied with flour holder basin

• The 2 sheeter “wings” fold upwards to reduce floorspace
