This Sagi KAB1B 20 tray bakery freezer retarder prover accepts the Euronorm 600 x 400mm tray system. The fully automatic controls makes it easy for operator – simply load and push the button – the different phases of retarding, proofing with correct relative humidity are controlled by the electronic controls and controls can be set to come on at a pre-set time to suit your operation – helping to reduce staff costs.
