At last, weve found a cake knife that can cut portions straight from the mould or baking tray you baked it in without doing damage and scratching your favourite bakeware.

Strongly made, the deep serrated blade is sturdy enough to cut flapjack into pieces and for portioning biscuit-based tray bakes, cheesecakes and crisp-crusted fruit pies, plus its also ideal for cutting a birthday cake into sections.

But, because its not made from metal, it cant scratch expensive non-stick coatings in your cake tins, wont cut through silicone cake moulds, and wont leave unsightly marks on enamel baking trays or Pyrex-style glass dishes.
