Super strong, this deep biscotti tin has a ridged or rippled surface which not only encourages air circulation for even baking and easier release, but also adds extra strength to make it highly resistant to warping.

Coated inside and out with their own specially developed Americoat Plus, a safe and natural non-stick silicone coating thats highly prized by commercial bakeries for its impressive easy-release properties, its also free from PTFE, PFOA and BPA and oven safe up to 232C

Wired rim

This baking tin also incorporates a strong steel wire in the rolled rim to give even better resistance to warping and further enhance the trays durability.
