Description

The Costa Nova 14.5″ x 4″ Friso White Serving Tray introduces an elongated silhouette that beautifully marries timeless European charm with modernity. Masterfully crafted from fine stoneware, this long tray is shaped to present rowed appetizers, delicate sushi rolls, charcuterie spreads, or a trio of individual desserts. Wrapped in a brilliant white glossy glaze, its narrow footprint slides into crowded table settings, offering maximum serving impact. The hallmark of the Friso collection lies along its subtly fluted, hand-painted rim, which awards each individual tray a distinct artisanal soul.

Engineered to easily navigate the rigorous demands of the hospitality industry, this fine stoneware serving tray brings professional-grade durability directly to your hosting collection. It’s an incredibly strong, chip-resistant, and scratch-resistant serving essential that handles frequent everyday use without losing its pristine aesthetic. Furthermore, the non-porous glazed surface protects the tray from retaining food odors, deep oils, or stubborn sauce stains, ensuring cleanup remains quick.

It transitions smoothly through various temperature spaces, making it completely safe for use in the freezer, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. Fine stoneware displays outstanding structural resilience against thermal shock, allowing it to move securely from -20C to 250C (0F – 500F), though users should note that the maximum recommended thermal variation is 180C (350F).

All pieces also meet international food safety standards, including FDA requirements for lead and cadmium. Because each item is hand-finished, subtle variations in appearance ensure your piece gives your dining table an authentic, artisanal allure.
