Lakeland Multi-Purpose Oven Tray

As its name suggests, this versatile tin can be used for roasting and baking, and you can also sit our Lakeland Crisper Oven Tray inside it for broiling.

Quality

Made from heavy-duty 1mm thick carbon steel, it has a double layer of Quantum 2 professional non-stick, is oven safe up to 240C and it has no rolled edges where water can become trapped.

Performance

Offers highly efficient heat distribution for even cooking and its generous handles with sure-grip silicone inserts mean getting it in and out of the oven will be easy.

No rolled edges

The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of our bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust.
