Its perfect for smaller restaurants, fast food joints, concession stands, and even food trucks thanks to its compact size. It features a single stainless steel tank with an oil capacity of 15 pounds and comes equipped with a fry basket.

The countertop fryer runs on propane and boasts a total of 26,000 BTU/hr of power. The fryers dual stainless steel jet burners heat the oil up to a maximum temperature of 400F (204C). The mechanical thermostat, located right behind the door, makes it easy to set and control the temperature of the oil in order to prevent burnt, wasted product.

The deep fryers stainless steel body also gives it a polished look thats easy to clean and maintain.
