PIZZA SHOVEL W/REMOVABLE HANDLE

0 reviews

Fantes Cousin Lorenzo’s Pizza Peel with removable handle safely transports pizza, flatbread, and artisan breads into and out of a hot oven or grill
Made from aluminum and FSC-sourced cottonwood handle; paddle measures 12 x 14-inches long with 19-inch handle; 32.25-inches long fully assembled
Beveled edge slides under dough easily; dust surface with cornmeal so dough won’t stick, then transport and slide formed pizza onto oven or grill rack
Long handle stays cool to the touch and keeps hands and arms safely away from heat; handle detaches for easy cleaning and compact storage
Use for transport purposes only; not intended for cooking pizza on the paddle; hand wash in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly
