The Prtica FIT ST Stacked speed oven doubles cooking capacity without increasing footprint, offering 2 independent cooking cavities to rapidly prepare refrigerated, fresh, or frozen foods for high-volume quick-service restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores. Each cavity utilizes a combination of impinged air and microwaves to heat, brown, or toast menu items significantly faster than traditional methods.

Constructed from durable stainless steel, the double-stacked assembly is built to withstand rigorous commercial kitchen environments while fitting easily on standard 60 cm countertops. Its dual certified ventless systems with removable catalytic converters eliminate the need for expensive exhaust hoods, offering complete placement flexibility. Intuitive touchscreen controls simplify dual-cavity operation, with the ability to store 1,024 recipes across up to 8 steps per recipe.
